CSD Business Day definition
CSD Business Day means a day on which the Book-Entry Securities System is open in accordance with the regulations of the CSD.
CSD Business Day means a day on which the relevant CSD settlement system is open and the relevant Bond currency settlement system is open.
CSD Business Day means a day in Sweden other than a Sunday or other public holiday. Saturdays, Midsummer Eve, Christmas Eve and New Year's Eve shall for the purpose of this definition be deemed to be public holidays.

If the Final Maturity Date is not a CSD Business Day, then the redemption shall occur on the first following CSD Business Day.
Payment of Interest in respect of the Bonds shall be made to the Bondholders on each Interest Payment Date for the preceding Interest Period and, if such day is not a CSD Business Day, the first following day that is a CSD Business Day.
