Day Care definition

Day Care means the care, assistance, and supervision of an individual who does not stay overnight. Individuals receiving day care services are included in the licensed capacity of a home as described in OAR 411-360-0060.
Day Care means any form of care or supervised activity provided for children during the day (whether or not it is provided on a regular basis);
Day Care means care, assistance, and supervision of an individual who is older, as defined in these rules, who does not stay overnight.
