Examples of Day of Hospital Confinement in a sentence
The Day of Hospital Confinement payable under this benefit shall be the same Confinement day that is payable by the Company under the room and board benefit under Section 3(a) of Part 6 – Benefit Provisions of the Policy.
The program faculty and instructors will review assessment on an annual basis and create an action plan for any corrective actions that are needed.
If the Insured Person is confined in a Hospital within the Geographical Area as an in-patient for over 24 hours for surgery or treatment of Bodily Injury or Sickness causing loss or interruption of service to the Insured, the Company will pay the Insured for each Day of Hospital Confinement of the Insured Person subject to the maximum limit per each Day of Hospital Confinement and the maximum limit per Policy Year as stated in Section (6) of Part I - Summary of Benefits.
Day of Hospital Confinement: shall mean each continuous twenty-four (24) hour period that the Insured Person is Confined as an Inpatient for a minimum of twenty-four (24) hours.
The total number of Day of Hospital Confinement consequential upon any Sickness or Disease or Injury for claims accumulatively paid under this benefit of the Policy shall not exceed the maximum limits of days per Policy Year as set forth in the Benefit Schedule.
