Dealer List definition

Dealer List means, at any date, a report of the name and location of all U-Haul Dealers as of such date.
Dealer List has the meaning set forth in Section 6.2(d).

The approvals of Account Debtors and Accounts shall be for Bank purposes only and shall not constitute any representation by Bank as to the credit worthiness of any such Account Debtor or the advisability or profitability of doing business with such Account Debtor.

  • END USER CUSTOMER LOCATION means the physical location of the premises where an End User makes use of the telecommunications services.

Eligible Accounts may bear interest, and may include, if otherwise qualified under this definition, accounts maintained with the Trustee.
