End User Data definition

End User Data means any information or data of any kind that personally identifies (or that can be used, together with other information or data, to personally identify) an End User.
End User Data means personal data, (including sensitive personal data) of End Users (including prospective End Users) that the Communications Provider provides or makes available to BT for the purposes of this Contract;
End User Data means all data relating to End Users which Customer gets, gathers, processes, stores or has access to.

Examples of End User Data in a sentence

  • Licensee may use such End User Data and analytic data in conjunction with fulfilling its obligations hereunder in accordance with the Data Protection Addendum attached hereto as Exhibit E and incorporated herein by reference.

  • Licensee and its Affiliates shall maintain reasonable and prudent administrative, physical and technical data security measures that prevent unauthorized access, collection, use, or disclosure of End User Data or Licensor Confidential Information.

  • Licensee may not sell End User Data to third parties and/or use such End User Data to market or promote products and services other than the Managed Assets.

  • End User hereby grants Licensor a perpetual, irrevocable, royalty-free and paid up, sublicensable, transferable, non-exclusive license to collect and use End User Data to provide the BDR Services, and to develop, maintain and improve the BDR Services and other products and services of Licensor and of its affiliates.

  • To the extent permitted by applicable laws, Licensor shall have all right, title, and interest in the End User Data and analytic data collected from or associated with the Managed Assets.


More Definitions of End User Data

End User Data means data that may be accessed or collected by Products during the relationship governed by this Agreement, in the form of logs, session data, telemetry, user data, usage data, threat intelligence data, threat detection information, copies of potentially malicious files detected by the Product, system stability data, user experience data, user interface data, and network traffic metadata. End User Data may include confidential data and personal data, such as source and destination IP addresses, active directory information, file applications, URLs, file names, and file content.
End User Data means the data provided to or collected by McGraw Hill in connection with McGraw Hill’s obligations to provide the Services under the Agreement.
End User Data means data regarding End User’s use of the Licensed Software and receipt of the BDR Services (including without limitation reports produced by Licensor for End User), and all feedback provided by or on behalf of End User regarding the Licensed Software or the BDR Services.
