Dealership Loan Limit definition

Dealership Loan Limit has the meaning set forth in Section 2.3.1(b).

  • Upon approval by the Agent, establishment of a Dealership Loan Limit and, if applicable, Dealership Loan Sublimit(s), and satisfaction of the requirements in Section 9.3, such Dealership shall become a New Vehicle Floorplan Dealership and entitled to finance Eligible New Vehicles hereunder.

Related to Dealership Loan Limit

  • Loan Limit means, at any time, the lesser of (a) the Total Commitment at such time and (b) the Borrowing Base at such time (including as it may be reduced pursuant to Section 2.14(h)).

  • Revolving Loan Limit means, at any time, the lesser of (a) the Revolving Loan Commitment and (b) the Borrowing Base.

  • Maximum Loan Amount has the meaning set forth in Section 2.1(a).

  • Total loan amount means the principal of a loan minus those points and fees that are included in the principal amount of the loan.   • Tranche B Term Loan Percentage as to any Lender at any time, the percentage which such Lender's Tranche B Term Loan Commitment then constitutes of the aggregate Tranche B Term Loan Commitments (or, at any time after the Closing Date, the percentage which the aggregate principal amount of such Lender's Tranche B Term Loans then outstanding constitutes of the aggregate principal amount of the Tranche B Term Loans then outstanding).

  • Aggregate Revolving Loan Commitment means the aggregate of the Revolving Loan Commitments of all the Revolving Lenders, as may be reduced or increased from time to time pursuant to the terms hereof. The initial Aggregate Revolving Loan Commitment is Two Hundred Fifty Million and 00/100 Dollars ($250,000,000.00).

  • Total Revolving Loan Commitment means, at any time, the sum of the Revolving Loan Commitments of each of the Lenders at such time.

  • Maximum Amount means the Maximum Amount as specified in § 1 of the Product and Underlying Data.

  • Revolving Facility Usage means at any time the sum of the outstanding Revolving Credit Loans, the outstanding Swing Loans, and the Letter of Credit Obligations.

  • Aggregate Outstanding Loan Balance means on any day, the sum of the Outstanding Loan Balances of all Eligible Loans included as part of the Collateral on such date.

  • Term Loan Committed Amount shall have the meaning set forth in Section 2.2(a).

  • Term Loan Commitment Amount means, with respect to each Lender, the sum of such Lender’s Term Loan Tranche 1 Commitment Amount and Term Loan Tranche 2 Commitment Amount.
