Debt Core Rate definition

Debt Core Rate with respect to an applicable Position in an Eligible Security shall be (A) for Treasury Securities, 6%, and (B) for all other Debt Securities, as determined pursuant to the following table using the lower of the S&P or Xxxxx’x rating as shown below; provided that (I) if there is only one such rating, then the Debt Core Rate corresponding to such rating shall be used and (II) if there is no such rating, then the Debt Core Rate shall be 30%. Debt Core Rate shall be determined pursuant to the following table. For the avoidance of doubt, linear interpolation shall be used to determine the Debt Core Factor applicable to such Debt Securities between points on the table below. Related to Debt Core Rate

  • Debt Rate means, with respect to (i) any Series of Equipment Notes, the rate per annum specified for such Series under the heading “Interest Rate” in Schedule I to the Trust Indenture (as amended, in the case of any Additional Series, at the time of original issuance of such Additional Series), and (ii) any other purpose, with respect to any period, the weighted average interest rate per annum during such period borne by the outstanding Equipment Notes, excluding any interest payable at the Payment Due Rate.

  • Adjusted Eurocurrency Rate means, with respect to any Eurocurrency Borrowing for any Interest Period, an interest rate per annum (rounded upwards, if necessary, to the next 1/16 of 1%) equal to (a) the Eurocurrency Rate for such Interest Period multiplied by (b) the Statutory Reserve Rate for such Interest Period.

  • Reference Rate means the rate specified as such hereon.

  • Base Rate means, for any day, the rate per annum equal to the higher of (a) the Federal Funds Rate for such day plus one-half of one percent (0.5%) and (b) the Prime Rate for such day. Any change in the Base Rate due to a change in the Prime Rate or the Federal Funds Rate shall be effective on the effective date of such change in the Prime Rate or Federal Funds Rate.

  • LIBOR Applicable Margin means, as of any date with respect to any LIBOR Interest Period, the Applicable Margin in effect for such LIBOR Interest Period as determined in accordance with Section 2.4 hereof.

  • Adjusted Eurodollar Rate means for any Interest Period with respect to any Eurodollar Loan, an interest rate per annum (rounded upwards, if necessary, to the next 1/100 of 1.00%) equal to (a) the Eurodollar Rate for such Interest Period multiplied by (b) the Statutory Reserves.

  • Hurdle Rate means the minimum annual rate of return over the Net Asset Value at launch, or the beginning of the relevant Performance Period, as applicable, that must be achieved before an Equalisation Performance Fee is applied (details of which are set out in the section headed “Unit Class Information” in the Supplement for the relevant Fund where applicable). This rate is accrued at each Valuation Point.

  • LIBO Rate means, with respect to any Eurodollar Borrowing for any Interest Period, the LIBO Screen Rate at approximately 11:00 a.m., London time, two Business Days prior to the commencement of such Interest Period; provided that if the LIBO Screen Rate shall not be available at such time for such Interest Period (an “Impacted Interest Period”) then the LIBO Rate shall be the Interpolated Rate.

  • Adjusted EURIBO Rate means, with respect to any EURIBOR Borrowing for any Interest Period, an interest rate per annum equal to the sum of (a) the EURIBO Rate for such Interest Period and (b) the Mandatory Costs Rate.

  • Step Up Margin means the rate per annum specified in the applicable Final Terms; and

  • EURIBOR Rate has the meaning specified in the definition of “Eurocurrency Rate”.

  • LIBOR Margin has the meaning given that term in Section 2.2.(c)(ii)(D).

  • Term SOFR Reference Rate means the forward-looking term rate based on SOFR.

  • Applicable Margins means collectively the Applicable Revolver Index Margin, the Applicable Term Loan Index Margin, the Applicable Revolver LIBOR Margin and the Applicable Term Loan LIBOR Margin.

  • Eurocurrency Base Rate means, with respect to a Eurocurrency Rate Advance for the relevant Interest Period:

  • Original Reference Rate means the originally-specified benchmark or screen rate (as applicable) used to determine the Rate of Interest (or any component part thereof) on the Notes.

  • Bank Rate means the one year marginal cost of lending rate (MCLR) of the State Bank of India issued from time to time plus 350 basis points;”

  • Offshore Rate means, for any Interest Period, with respect to Offshore Rate Loans comprising part of the same Borrowing, the rate of interest per annum (rounded upward to the next 1/16th of 1%) determined by the Agent as follows: Offshore Rate = LIBOR ------------------------------------ 1.00 - Eurodollar Reserve Percentage Where,

  • Expense Rate As to each Mortgage Loan, the sum of the Master Servicing Fee Rate and the Trustee Fee Rate.

  • CD Margin means a rate per annum determined in accordance with the Pricing Schedule.

  • Eurocurrency Rate means, for any Interest Period with respect to any Eurocurrency Rate Loan:

  • Adjusted One Month LIBOR Rate means, an interest rate per annum equal to the sum of (i) 1.00% per annum plus (ii) the Adjusted LIBO Rate for a one month Interest Period on such day (or if such day is not a Business Day, the immediately preceding Business Day); provided that, for the avoidance of doubt, the Adjusted LIBO Rate for any day shall be based on the Screen Rate at approximately 11:00 a.m. London time on such day.

  • Adjusted LIBOR Rate means, at any time with respect to any LIBOR Loan, a rate per annum equal to the LIBOR Rate as in effect at such time plus the Applicable Margin Percentage for LIBOR Loans as in effect at such time.

  • LIBOR Rate means a rate per annum (rounded upwards, if necessary, to the next higher 1/100th of 1%) determined by the Administrative Agent pursuant to the following formula: LIBOR Rate = LIBOR

  • Eurodollar Base Rate has the meaning specified in the definition of Eurodollar Rate.
