Other Debt Securities definition

Other Debt Securities means all junior subordinated debt securities issued by the Company from time to time under the Indenture.
Other Debt Securities means the two series of Debt Securities the Corporation may sell under Section 4.11 of that certain Investment Agreement dated as of July 18, 1991, among The Equitable Life Assurance Society of the United States, the Corporation and the Investor.
Other Debt Securities means unsecured Indebtedness and Convertible Notes.

Other Debt Securities issued or guaranteed in immaterial amounts in the ordinary course of business. The Issuers will not at any time offer, sell, contract to sell, pledge or otherwise dispose of, directly or indirectly, any securities under circumstances where such offer, sale, pledge, contract or disposition would cause the exemption afforded by Section 4(2) of the Securities Act to cease to be applicable to the offer and sale of the Notes.
