Debt relief order definition

Debt relief order means an order made under paragraph 1 of Schedule 4ZB to the Insolvency Act 1986 (c. 45) and “interim debt relief order” means an order made under paragraph 5 of that Schedule. Schedule 4ZB was inserted by Schedule 19 to the Tribunals, Courts and Enforcement Act 2007 (c. 15).

  • Second Lien Security Agreement means the Second Lien Security Agreement, dated as of the date hereof, among the Initial Borrower, the Parent Borrower, certain Subsidiaries of the Parent Borrower from time to time party thereto and the Second Lien Notes Collateral Agent, as amended, restated, waived, restructured, renewed, extended, supplemented or otherwise modified from time to time or as replaced in connection with any Refinancing, extension, refunding or replacement of the Second Lien Notes Indenture.

  • Debt Repayment means the repayment, prepayment, repurchase or defeasance of the Indebtedness of the Borrower under the Indebtedness that is identified on Schedule 1.1(g) to the Original Credit Agreement and that is repaid, prepaid, repurchased or defeased on the Original Closing Date (or such later date as may be necessary to effect the Debt Repayment in accordance with the tender offers therefor).

  • Financing Order means an order of the commission adopted in accordance with 69-8-503 that authorizes the imposition and collection of fixed transition amounts and the issuance of transition bonds.
