Defaulted Receivable Amount means, as of any Settlement Date, a fraction, expressed as a percentage, the numerator of which is the Outstanding Principal Balance of all Receivables included in the Receivables Pool that were Defaulted Receivables as of the last day of the related Collection Period and the denominator of which is the Outstanding Principal Balance of all Receivables included in the Receivables Pool as of the last day of such Collection Period.

  • To the extent any Purchased Receivable becomes a Defaulted Receivable, the Purchaser may withdraw an amount equal to such Defaulted Receivable Amount from the Seller Credit Reserve Account and deposit such amount in the Collection Account, provided, however, that such recourse is expressly limited to the monies which comprise the Seller Credit Reserve Account at the time of the Termination Date which shall not at any time exceed the Specified Credit Reserve Balance.

More Definitions of Defaulted Receivable Amount

Defaulted Receivable Amount means the Net Value of all Purchased Receivables which have become Defaulted Receivables since the prior Purchase Date.

  • Monthly P&I Advance An advance of funds by the Master Servicer pursuant to Section 4.02 or a Servicer pursuant to its Selling and Servicing Contract to cover delinquent principal and interest installments.

In the event that a portion of a Defaulted Amount shall be deemed paid pursuant to Section 2.15(b), the remaining portion of such Defaulted Amount shall be considered a Defaulted Amount originally required to be paid hereunder or under any other Loan Document on the same date as the Defaulted Amount so deemed paid in part.

  • Net Receivables Pool Balance means, at any time: (a) the Outstanding Balance of Eligible Receivables then in the Receivables Pool minus (b) the Excess Concentration.

  • Principal Receivables means all Receivables other than Finance Charge Receivables.

  • Finance Charge Receivables means Receivables created in respect of periodic finance charges, late fees, returned check fees and all other similar fees and charges billed or accrued and unpaid on an Account.

If after the Closing Date, the Obligor’s obligation under a Receivable with respect to a Collection Period has been modified so as to differ from the amount specified in such Receivable as a result of (i) the order of a court in an insolvency proceeding involving the Obligor, (ii) pursuant to the Servicemembers Civil Relief Act or (iii) modifications or extensions of the Receivable permitted by Section 4.2(b), the Scheduled Receivables Payment with respect to such Collection Period shall refer to the Obligor’s payment obligation with respect to such Collection Period as so modified.

  • Defaulted Mortgage Loan means the Mortgage Loan in the event that the Mortgage Loan is delinquent at least 60 days in respect of its Monthly Payments or more than 60 days in respect of its balloon payment, in either case to be determined without giving effect to any grace period permitted by the Mortgage Loan Documents and without regard to any acceleration of payments under the Mortgage Loan Documents.

Notwithstanding the foregoing, if the Note B Holder is purchasing from the Mortgage Loan Borrower or a Mortgage Loan Borrower Related Party, the Defaulted Mortgage Loan Purchase Price shall not include the amounts described under clauses (d) through (f) of this definition. If the Mortgage Loan is converted into a REO Property, for purposes of determining the Defaulted Mortgage Loan Purchase Price, interest will be deemed to continue to accrue on each Senior Note at the Note A Rate as if the Mortgage Loan were not so converted. In no event shall the Defaulted Mortgage Loan Purchase Price include amounts due or payable to the Note B Holder under this Agreement.

  • Monthly Principal Reallocation Amount means, for any Monthly Period, an amount equal to the sum of:

  • Applicable Unscheduled Principal Receipt Period With respect to the Mortgage Loans serviced by each Servicer and each of Full Unscheduled Principal Receipts and Partial Unscheduled Principal Receipts, the Unscheduled Principal Receipt Period specified on Schedule I hereto, as amended from time to time by the Master Servicer pursuant to Section 10.01(b) hereof.
