Defense Sites definition

Defense Sites means "Military Areas and Facilities" as defined in Section 461 (g) of the Compact.
Defense Sites means those land and water areas and improvements thereon in Palau reserved or acquired by the Government of Palau for use by the Government of the United States, as set forth in the related agreements referred to in Section 321.
