Deferral Plan definition

Deferral Plan means the UGI Corporation 2009 Deferral Plan.

  • References in this paragraph to payments and amounts paid shall be deemed to include amounts deposited into the Deferral Plan as a result of an election by the participant.

Deferral Plan means the UGI Corporation 2009 Deferral Plan, as amended from time to time.
