Deficit Cure Amount definition

Deficit Cure Amount means, with respect any Purchased Loan as of any date, the amount (expressed in dollars) obtained by dividing (i) the Repurchase Price (exclusive of Other Price Components) of such Purchased Loan as of such date by (ii) the Purchase Percentage for such Purchased Loan.
