Deficit Amount definition

Deficit Amount has the meaning set forth in Section 2.06(e).

Deficit Amount means the amount by which the sum of the Member’s Incurred Claims plus the Member’s pro-rata share (based upon the Member’s share of aggregate Net Pre- mium paid by all Members of the Group) of the Administra- tive Expenses exceeds the Member’s Net Premium.
