Deficit DIF Remainder definition

Deficit DIF Remainder means, for any fiscal quarter, (a) if the DIF Remainder for such quarter is less than zero, the excess of zero over the DIF Remainder and (b) if the DIF Remainder for such quarter is greater than or equal to zero, the negative of the lesser of (i) the Cumulative Deficit DIF Remainder and (ii) the DIF Remainder.

  • Class C Unpaid Realized Loss Amount As of any Distribution Date, the excess of (1) the Class C Applied Realized Loss Amount over (2) the sum of (x) all distributions in reduction of the Class C Unpaid Realized Loss Amounts on all previous Distribution Dates and (y) all increases in the Certificate Principal Balance of such Class C Certificates pursuant to the last sentence of the definition of "Certificate Principal Balance."

  • Remaining Amortization Period means, at any point in time, the number of consecutive calendar months equal to the number of months in the Amortization Period minus the number of scheduled monthly installments of principal and interest that have elapsed since the date of this Note.

  • Deficit Amount has the meaning specified in Section 3.4(d).

  • Allocated Realized Loss Amount With respect to any Distribution Date and any Class of Mezzanine Certificates, the sum of (i) any Realized Losses allocated to such Class of Certificates on such Distribution Date and (ii) the amount of any Allocated Realized Loss Amount for such Class of Certificates remaining unpaid from the previous Distribution Date.

  • Post-Distribution Period means any Tax Period beginning after the Distribution Date, and, in the case of any Straddle Period, the portion of such Straddle Period beginning the day after the Distribution Date.

  • Remainder beneficiary means a person entitled to receive principal when an income interest ends.

  • Unpaid Realized Loss Amount With respect to any Class A Certificates and as to any Distribution Date, is the excess of Applied Realized Loss Amounts with respect to such Class over the sum of all distributions in reduction of the Applied Realized Loss Amounts on all previous Distribution Dates. Any amounts distributed to the Class A Certificates in respect of any Unpaid Realized Loss Amount shall not be applied to reduce the Certificate Principal Balance of such Class.

  • Principal Deficit Amount means, as of any date of determination, the excess, if any, of (i) the Series 2012-1 Invested Amount on such date (after giving effect to the distribution of the Monthly Total Principal Allocation for the Related Month if such date is a Distribution Date) over (ii) the Series 2012-1 AESOP I Operating Lease Loan Agreement Borrowing Base on such date; provided, however that the Principal Deficit Amount on any date occurring during the period commencing on and including the date of the filing by any of the Lessees of a petition for relief under Chapter 11 of the Bankruptcy Code to but excluding the date on which each of the Lessees shall have resumed making all payments of the portion of Monthly Base Rent relating to Loan Interest required to be made under the AESOP I Operating Lease, shall mean the excess, if any, of (x) the Series 2012-1 Invested Amount on such date (after giving effect to the distribution of Monthly Total Principal Allocation for the Related Month if such date is a Distribution Date) over (y) the sum of (1) the Series 2012-1 AESOP I Operating Lease Loan Agreement Borrowing Base on such date and (2) the lesser of (a) the Series 2012-1 Liquidity Amount on such date and (b) the Series 2012-1 Required Liquidity Amount on such date.

  • Monthly Shared-Loss Amount means the change in the Cumulative Shared- Loss Amount from the beginning of each month to the end of each month.

  • Final Collection Date means the Business Day following the termination of purchases under this Agreement on which all amounts to which the Purchasers shall be entitled in respect of Purchased Receivables and all other amounts owing to the Administrative Agent and the Purchasers hereunder and under the other Purchase Documents are paid in full.

  • Remainder has the meaning set forth in Section 9.3(e).

  • Net Loss Amount means the sum of Cumulative Loss Amounts under this Single Family Shared-Loss Agreement and Aggregate Net Charge-Offs under the Commercial Shared-Loss Agreement.

  • Excess Loss The amount of any (i) Fraud Loss realized after the Fraud Loss Coverage Termination Date, (ii) Special Hazard Loss realized after the Special Hazard Coverage Termination Date or (iii) Bankruptcy Loss realized after the Bankruptcy Coverage Termination Date.

  • Accumulation Period Amount means $41,666,666.67; provided, however, if the Accumulation Period Length is determined to be less than twelve (12) months pursuant to Section 3.10(b)(ii) of the Indenture Supplement, the Accumulation Period Amount shall be the amount specified in the definition of “Accumulation Period Amount” in the Indenture Supplement.

  • Controlled Amortization Period means, with respect to any Series, the period, if any, specified as such in the related Supplement.

  • Monthly Loss Amount means the sum of all Foreclosure Losses, Restructuring Losses, Short Sale Losses, Portfolio Losses, Modification Default Losses and Deficient Losses realized by the Assuming Institution for any Shared Loss Month.

  • Reserve Account Excess Amount means, with respect to any Payment Date, an amount equal to the excess, if any, of (i) the amount of cash or other immediately available funds in the Reserve Account on such Payment Date (prior to giving effect to any withdrawals therefrom relating to such Payment Date) over (ii) the Specified Reserve Balance with respect to such Payment Date.

  • Amortization Period means, with respect to any Series, or any Class within a Series, a period following the Revolving Period during which principal is distributed to Investor Certificateholders, which shall be the controlled amortization period, the principal amortization period, the rapid amortization period, or other amortization period, in each case as defined with respect to such Series in the related Supplement.

  • Applied Loss Amount With respect to any Distribution Date, the amount, if any, by which (x) the aggregate Certificate Principal Amount of the Certificates after giving effect to all Realized Losses incurred with respect to the Mortgage Loans during the related Collection Period and distributions of principal on such Distribution Date, but before giving effect to any application of the Applied Loss Amount with respect to such date, exceeds (y) the Pool Balance for such Distribution Date.

  • Monthly Principal Reallocation Amount means, for any Monthly Period, an amount equal to the sum of:

  • Class Invested Amount means, with respect to any Class for any Distribution Date, an amount equal to the Class Initial Investor Interest minus the sum of (a) the aggregate amount of payments of Certificate Principal paid to such Class of Investor Certificateholders, in each case prior to such Distribution Date, (b) the aggregate amount of Investor Losses of such Class not reimbursed prior to such Distribution Date and (c) the aggregate amount of losses of principal on investments of funds on deposit for the benefit of such Class in the Series Principal Funding Account, if applicable.
