Delinquent Loan definition

Delinquent Loan. A Mortgage Loan that is delinquent at least sixty (60) days in respect of its Monthly Payments or Balloon Payment, if any, in either case such delinquency to be determined without giving effect to any Grace Period.
Delinquent Loan means a Loan, other than a Charged-Off Loan, with respect to which a scheduled monthly payment thereon remains unpaid for 60 days or more from the related due date in accordance with the Credit and Collection Policy as reflected in the records of the Servicer or the applicable Subservicer.
Delinquent Loan means any Mortgage Loan in relation to which there are 1 (one) or more Delinquent Receivables.

Examples of Delinquent Loan in a sentence

  • If paid by the Trust Fund as described in the immediately preceding sentence, the Asset Representations Reviewer Asset Review Fee with respect to each Delinquent Loan shall be payable from funds on deposit in the Collection Account as set forth in Section 3.06(a).

  • Such special servicer shall be entitled to any Servicing Fees (including any related late payment charges) payable to the Master Servicer with respect to any Special Servicer Delinquent Loan the special servicer is servicing.


More Definitions of Delinquent Loan

Delinquent Loan means any Loan that is thirty-one (31) or more days past due with respect to any scheduled payment (including required payments of interest and principal) or any portion thereof. If a Delinquent Loan is restructured, it shall continue to be deemed a Delinquent Loan unless and until all past due payments, as such Delinquent Loan has been restructured, have been received by the Servicer, on behalf of the Borrower.
