Delivered Electricity definition

Delivered Electricity means electricity that was distributed from a PSE and received by a PSE or electricity that was generated, transmitted, and consumed.
Delivered Electricity means electricity from a facility or from specified system power of an asset- controlling supplier that has one of the following three characteristics:
Delivered Electricity means electricity that was distributed from a PSE and received by a PSE or electricity that was generated, transmitted, and consumedis delivered to a point of interconnection with the California electricity transmission and distribution system. For electricity that is generated in California, the electricity is delivered from a specified source at the busbar. For electricity generated outside California from specified or unspecified sources, the electricity is delivered to a point of delivery in California for consumption in California.

Examples of Delivered Electricity in a sentence

  • Buyer shall be under no obligation to purchase any Delivered Electricity generated by means other than the Facility (other than balancing power purchased by the Seller from the NBSO).

  • Title to and risk of loss of all Delivered Electricity delivered under this Article 3 shall transfer from Seller to Buyer upon delivery of the Delivered Electricity to Buyer at the Delivery Point.

  • For each Day during the Term, Seller shall advise Buyer in writing by fax or electronic mail or internet posting of the anticipated Delivered Electricity by the Facility for each hour of each such Day based upon the Seller’s good faith estimates (the “Daily Production Schedule”) on or before 10:00 o’clock a.m. Atlantic Prevailing Time on the day preceding such Day.

  • The Delivered Electricity Price is set forth in Schedule A attached hereto.

  • For all Delivered Electricity delivered to the Delivery Point on and after the Commercial Operation Date, Buyer shall pay the Seller a price for all Delivered Electricity (and all balancing power purchased by the Seller from the NBSO) (the “Delivered Electricity Price”).

  • Upon confirmation by the System Operator that appropriate remedial measures have been implemented by the Producer, the Purchaser shall resume acceptance of Net Delivered Electricity at the Connection Point.

  • The Purchaser shall advise the Producer of the periods during which such Maintenance Outage may be undertaken, such periods to be reasonable in light of the Purchaser‟s requirements for Net Delivered Electricity and the necessity for the Maintenance Outage.

  • Each Month during the Term, Buyer shall send to Seller a statement setting forth the total amount due for Delivered Electricity delivered to Buyer during the immediately preceding Month, the quantity of Delivered Electricity that was delivered to Buyer during such Month, and any other amounts due to Seller or to Buyer under this Agreement.

  • Each party shall indemnify, release, defend and hold harmless the other party from and against any and all liability for taxes imposed or assessed by any taxing authority with respect to the Delivered Electricity sold, delivered and received hereunder that are the responsibility of the first party pursuant to this Section 3.19.

  • For all Delivered Electricity delivered to the Delivery Point before the Commercial Operation Date, the Buyer shall pay the Seller a price equal to the product of (a) ***** multiplied by (b) the Keswick real-time LMP as determined by ISO-NE for the same hours.


More Definitions of Delivered Electricity

Delivered Electricity means electricity that is delivered to a point of interconnection with the California electricity transmission and distribution system. For electricity that is generated in California, the electricity is delivered from a specified source at the busbar.
