Delivered Energy definition
Delivered Energy means the kilowatt hours of energy actually fed and measured by the energy meters at the Delivery Point and as certified by SLDC / MSEDCL.
Delivered Energy means all Energy produced from the Project and delivered to Buyer at the Delivery Point as measured in MWh at the CAISO revenue meter of the Project based on a power factor of precisely one (1) and net of all Electrical Losses.

Delivered Energy means all Energy produced from the Project, expressed in MWh, as recorded by the meter specified in Section 5.2.1 or the Check Meter, as applicable.
