Delivered Energy definition

Delivered Energy means the kilowatt hours of Electricity actually fed and measured by the energy meters at the Delivery Point and as certified by SLDC/MSEDCL authorities.
Delivered Energy means the kilowatt hours of energy actually fed and measured by the energy meters at the Delivery Point and as certified by JDVVNL.
Delivered Energy means all Energy produced from the Project and delivered to Buyer at the Delivery Point as measured in MWh at the CAISO revenue meter of the Project based on a power factor of precisely one (1) and net of all Electrical Losses.

  • Each Party has the right, at its sole expense and during normal working hours, to examine the records of the other Party to the extent reasonably necessary to verify the‌ accuracy of any statement, charge or computation made pursuant to this Agreement including amounts of Delivered Energy or Scheduled Energy.

  • Buyer and Seller recognize that from time to time the amount of Delivered Energy will deviate from the amount of Scheduled Energy.

  • If any of such amounts for any period have already been calculated using the previous amount of Delivered Energy, they shall be recalculated using the revised amount of Delivered Energy.


More Definitions of Delivered Energy

Delivered Energy means all Energy produced from the Project, expressed in MWh, as recorded by the meter specified in Section 5.2.1 or the Check Meter, as applicable.
Delivered Energy means energy, expressed per energy carrier, supplied to the technical building systems through the assessment boundary, to satisfy the uses taken into account or to produce the exported energy;

Delivered Energy means the kilowatt hours of Electricity actually fed and measured by the energy meters at the Delivery Point and as certified by Gujarat SLDC. In case of net import of energy during a month, the successful bidder shall be required to make payment to GUVNL at the rate of HT Temporary Tariff as determined by GERC from time to time. In case of net export of energy during a month, the Successful Bidder shall be eligible for the receiving agreed tariff from GUVNL for such net delivered energy.

In case of net import of energy during a month, the Power Producer shall be required to make payment to DISCOM at the rate of HT Temporary Tariff as determined by GERC from time to time. In case of net export of energy during a month, the Power Producer shall be eligible for the receiving agreed tariff from DISCOM for such net delivered energy.
Delivered Energy means the Contract Energy (other than Storage Delivered Energy) actually generated by the Generating Facility, injected at the Injection Point and delivered financially to Buyer at the Energy Financial Delivery Point in accordance with Section 7.8 in the Applicable Market (all as determined according to Section 8.2), up to the Maximum Delivered Contract Energy in each applicable MISO Settlement Interval.
Delivered Energy means all Energy produced from the Project as measured in MWh at the CAISO revenue meter of the Project and in accordance with the CAISO Tariff, which shall include any applicable adjustments for power factor and Electrical Losses.
