Delivery Channels definition

Delivery Channels means all channels including intranet, internet, mobile & tablets
Delivery Channels means all banking channels made available by the Bank to the Customer from time to time in order to enable the Customer to utilise the Account and conduct Transactions including but not limited to the Platform.
Delivery Channels means Technology/Measure Focused, Point of Sale or Customer Facing. “Deliverable Payment(s)” has the meaning set forth in Section 3.06.

  • Upon termination or expiration of this Agreement for any reason, all licenses granted herein shall terminate except that RN shall have five (5) business days to remove Participant's RealChannel and Content Headlines from Content Delivery Channels.

  • Clickpesa reserves the right to change or alter Delivery Channels if such a requirement arises for regulatory, statutory or legal reasons, and in such instance shall notify the Customer as soon as is reasonably practical.

  • Participant hereby grants RN a non-transferable, worldwide, royalty-free license to: (i) link to the Content from the Content Headlines and Participant's RealChannel button through the Local Language RealPlayer; and (ii) use, transmit, distribute and redistribute Content pointers and other Participant links and descriptions of Content or Participant's RealChannel(s) to Content Delivery Channels in order to make Participant's Content accessible to Content Delivery Channel's end-users.

  • Vodafone shall settle the value of funds collected on the Merchant’s behalf across the M-PAiSA Delivery Channels as utilised, into the Merchant’s preferred bank account on a bi-weekly basis at 3.00PM every Tuesday and Friday or the following Monday should Friday happen to be a public holiday, subject to Vodafone’s right of set-off under clause 7.2.

  • Participant hereby grants RN a non-transferable, worldwide, royalty-free license to: (i) link to the Content through the English Language RealPlayer; and (ii) use, transmit, distribute, and redistribute Content pointers and other Participant links and descriptions of Content or Participant's LiveStation(s) to Content Delivery Channels in order to make Participant's Content accessible to Content Delivery Channels' end-users.

Delivery Channels means ATM, Micro ATM. E-Commerce, PoS and Aadhaar based payment channels already implemented and other mobile banking services including UPI, BHIM, NUUP etc. to be implemented.

  • INTER-CONNECTION POINT/ DELIVERY/ METERING POINT means a single point at 220kV or above, where the power from the Project(s) is injected into the identified ISTS Substation (including the dedicated transmission line connecting the Projects with the substation system) as specified in the RfS document. Metering shall be done at this interconnection point where the power is injected into. For interconnection with grid and metering, the WPDs shall abide by the relevant CERC/ SERC Regulations, Grid Code and Central Electricity Authority (Installation and Operation of Meters) Regulations, 2006 as amended and revised from time to time.

  • Delivery Point ; shall mean the point(s) of connection(s) at which energy is delivered into the Grid System i.e. the Interconnection Point.

  • Delivery charges means charges by the seller for preparation and delivery to a location designated by the purchaser of tangible personal property or services. Delivery charges include, but are not limited to, transportation, shipping, postage, handling, crating, and packing. Beginning September 1, 2004, delivery charges do not include the charges for delivery of direct mail if the charges are separately stated on an invoice or similar billing document given to the purchaser. If a shipment includes both exempt property and taxable property, the seller shall allocate the delivery charge using 1 of the following methods:

  • Delivery Point(s) means: (i) for natural gas transported by interstate pipelines, the city gate stations of your Utility, and (ii) for electricity, one or more points at which Company, as your agent, has arranged for the delivery of electricity to a third party (such as your Utility) for your account or at your premises.

  • Delivery System means the design and construction
