Delivery Committee definition

Delivery Committee means the committee for the time being appointed under Rule C.13.2;
Delivery Committee means the committee for the time being appointed by the Chairman under Rule C.13.2.

  • CSR Committee means the Corporate Social Responsibility Committee of the Board referred to in section 135 of the Act.

  • Evaluation Committee means a body appointed to perform the evaluation of Offerors’ proposals.

  • Hearing Committee means the committee appointed pursuant to this Plan to hear a request for an evidentiary hearing that has been properly filed and pursued by a practitioner.
