OH&S Committee definition

OH&S Committee is referred to hereafter, read “body nominated to implement policy on site”.
OH&S Committee means Occupational Health and Safety Committee.
OH&S Committee. The OH&S Committee consists of the Director of Finance and Administration, Orchestra Manager, Production Manager, Musician OH&S representative, Musician Deputy OH&S rep plus others as required. Partner includes for the purpose of paternity leave, a de facto or a former spouse.

  • It is important to stress that the program cannot succeed without the unqualified support of the site OH&S Committee.

  • The OH&S Committee and management will provide information and assistance to persons seeking help for alcohol/drug problems or related problems, confidentially and without prejudice.
