Delivery Due Date definition

Delivery Due Date has the meaning in the Purchase Order, as adjusted in accordance with the Agreement;

Delivery Due Date means the date/period displayed by the Client on its Website or otherwise notified to the Customer on or before which the Clients hall deliver the Products or Services to the Customers.

Delivery Due Date means the date for the delivery of a Party’s Component Product(s) that has been acknowledged and confirmed by such Party as set forth in such Party’s applicable General Supply Terms.

More Definitions of Delivery Due Date

Delivery Due Date means the date/period displayed by the Client on the E-Commerce Platform or otherwise notified to the Customer on or before which the Client shall deliver the Products to or perform the Services for the Customers.

Delivery Due Date means the final due date for delivery specified in the Contract.
