Demand Media Group definition

Demand Media Group means Demand Media and each Person that is or becomes an Affiliate of Demand Media immediately after the Separation.
Demand Media Group means Demand Media and its Affiliates, excluding any entity that would be a member of the Rightside Group.

  • Demand Media may request an expansion of the scope of the licenses granted to it in Section 3.01 to allow for the Rightside Opco Licensed IP to be used by the Demand Media Group other than as currently set forth Section 3.01 (“New Demand Media Fields of Use”).

  • If such expansion is approved by Rightside Opco, the licenses granted to the Demand Media Group in Section 3.01 shall automatically be amended to allow for the Rightside Opco Licensed IP to be used by the Demand Media Group in such approved New Demand Media Fields of Use.

  • Demand Media hereby assigns and will cause each other member of the Demand Media Group to assign to Rightside Opco all right, title and interest in and to the Assigned Patents and Assigned Software.

  • With respect to any Section 2.3(a) Tax Returns, the amount of Taxes, other than U.S. federal Income Taxes, state or local Income Taxes and foreign Income Taxes, allocable to Rightside shall be as determined by Demand Media based on the relative revenues of the Demand Media Group and the Rightside Group for the relevant period.

  • Telehealth means the mode of delivering health care services and public health via information and communication technologies to facilitate the diagnosis, consultation, treatment, education, care management, and self-managements of a patient’s health care while the patient is at the originating site and the health care provider is at a distant site. Telehealth facilitates patient self-management and caregiver support for patients and includes synchronous interactions and asynchronous store and forward transfers.

  • Comcast means Comcast Corporation, a Pennsylvania corporation.

  • AMC means Annual Maintenance Contract

  • ITB means Instructions to Bidders;

  • Verizon means Verizon Communications Inc., a Delaware corporation.

  • Mutual holding company means that term as defined in section 10(o) of the home owners' loan act, chapter 64, titles III and IX of Public Law 101-73, 12 U.S.C. 1467a, and OTS regulations governing mutual holding companies.

  • Distribution Company means a distribution company as defined in Section 1 of Chapter 164 of the Massachusetts General Laws.3

  • Sprint means a set period of time during which specific work is realized and made ready for review.

  • CSDCC means the China Securities Depository and Clearing Co., Ltd. “CSRC” means the China Securities Regulatory Commission.

  • AMR means Automated Meter Reading.

  • SpinCo shall have the meaning set forth in the Preamble.

  • IMS has the meaning set forth in Section 6.5.4(i).

  • Brands means the Sprint PCS Brands and the Sprint Brands.
