Densely populated area definition

Densely populated area means any location with either one or more multifamily housing units or eight or more single-family dwellings located within a quarter section.
Densely populated area. (DPA) means a census designated place(s) as defined by the latest Decennial Census that is located outside the urbanized area and meets all of the following criteria:
