School of Dentistry faculty members employed by The Regents shall be Plan Participants if they hold University-funded appointments at greater than 50 percent of full time in a School of Dentistry department in any of the following professorial series: Professor, Professor in Residence, Professor of Clinical (e.g., Orofacial Sciences), Adjunct Professor, Health Sciences Clinical Professor and Acting Professor.

Five members from the Clinical Sciences, two from the Behavioral Sciences/Oral and Craniofacial Sciences Departments (combined), one from the Division of Dental Hygiene, and one at-large clinical professor from the School of Dentistry faculty.
A faculty member whose equivalent combined instructional, advising and clinical weekly workload are equal to or less than 11 credit hours in an academic term or equates to 23 credit hours or less in an academic year and the School of Dentistry faculty member whose weekly workload equates to six half days are considered Part Time Faculty and are not generally entitled to full time employee benefits, except as required by law.
The School of Dentistry faculty shall consist of the following categories: (1) Teaching-ResearchFaculty, (2) Clinician-Educator Faculty, (3) Resident Faculty, (4) Research Faculty, (5) AdjunctFaculty, (6) Special Faculty, (7) Contributed Service Faculty, (8) Visiting Faculty, (9) Affiliate Faculty, (10) Emeritus Faculty, and (11) University Professors.

SERVICE PROVIDER’S OBLIGATIONS/LIABILITIES The sole responsibility of the performance of the sub-contractor rests with the Service Provider and the Service Provider shall be liable for any work done by its sub-contractor, agents, employees or officials.
