• After approval for filing by the Planning Department, applicant submits all necessary fees to the Town Clerk.

• Prior to final inspection approval by the Building Department, applicant shall obtain a written confirmation from the Planning Division that the project, as constructed, conforms to all applicable requirements of the subject Permit, including the plan sets.
