Department Chairperson(s) definition

Department Chairperson(s) as used throughout the provisions of this 11 Agreement is synonymous with “supervisor(s)”; and, the term “Department 13 includes positions with the title of Department Chairperson and positions with the 14 title of Department Program Director. 15

  • Department Chair means the chair of a department or the director of a program.

  • Deputy Chairperson means the deputy chairperson from time to time of the Trust if one is appointed in accordance of rule 4 of the Third Schedule;

  • State Management Committee means a Committee comprising representatives from the Confederation of Western Australian Industry, the Trades and Labor Council of Western Australia, Technical and Further Education (TAFE) and the relevant Federal and State Government Departments which approve traineeship arrangements by agreement of each of the parties. The State Management Committee may be established pursuant to the provisions of the Industrial and Commercial Training Act, 1975 or any amendment to or substitution of that Act, provided that any Committee or body established in lieu of the State Management Committee has the same representatives structure and decision making processes as that Committee.

  • Commissioner-General means the Commissioner-General appointed under the Zambia Revenue Authority Act;
