Department or unit definition

Department or unit means the lowest level academic subdivision to which a Lecturer Faculty member is appointed. If a Lecturer Faculty member performs work for more than one department or unit, his or her “department or unit” for purposes of this Agreement is the one(s) to which the Lecturer Faculty member is officially appointed.
Department or unit means the department or unit which is authorized by the State Council of the People's Republic of China to be responsible for administration of the Coalbed Methane industry of the People's Republic of China.
Department or unit means the department or unit which is authorized by the State of the Czech Republic to be responsible for administration of the petroleum industry in the Czech Republic.

  • Vacation entitlement may be taken in whole or part, determining vacation periods of two (2)weeks duration during the months of July and August, seniority within the Department or unit will apply.

  • Department Head means the head of a department or his/her delegate or a person authorized to act in that capacity. For a faculty or a school not organized into departments, "department head" shall be interpreted to mean "▇▇▇▇" or "director".
