Depositary Bank Agreement definition

Depositary Bank Agreement means an agreement among a Loan Party, a bank or other depositary institution and the Collateral Agent, in form and substance reasonably satisfactory to the Collateral Agent.
Depositary Bank Agreement means an agreement between a Credit Party and any bank or other depositary institution, substantially in the form of Exhibit D to the Security Agreement, as the same may be amended, modified or supplemented from time to time including, without limitation, those Depositary Bank Agreements entered into on or about the Closing Date.
