Deputy Information Officer definition

Deputy Information Officer means the designated individual in the public or private body who is responsible for assisting the Information Officer with the PAIA Request;
Deputy Information Officer means the person to whom any power or duty conferred or imposed on an Information Officer in terms of POPIA has been delegated;
Deputy Information Officer means an individual employed by a public body to assist the Information Officer to process PAIA requests;
