Authorized Financial Officer definition

Authorized Financial Officer any of the chief financial officer, treasurer, assistant treasurer or controller of the Borrower.

Authorized Financial Officer of any Person shall mean the chief financial officer, treasurer or vice-president finance of such Person or, if there is no chief financial officer, treasurer or vice-president finance of such Person, a vice president of such Person, designated by such Person as being a financial officer authorized to deliver and certify financial information on behalf of the Loan Parties required hereunder.

Authorized Financial Officer means a chief executive officer, chief financial officer, treasurer or other qualified senior officer acceptable to the Payment and Disbursement Agent.

More Definitions of Authorized Financial Officer

Authorized Financial Officer means a chief executive officer, chief financial officer, treasurer or other qualified senior officer acceptable to the Administrative Agent.

Authorized Financial Officer of any Loan Party means any of the Chief Financial Officer, the Treasurer or the Chief Accounting Officer of such Loan Party or any other officer of such Loan Party designated in writing to the Administrative Agent by any of the foregoing officers of such Loan Party as being authorized to act in such capacity so long as such other officer is a financial person who works in such Loan Party’s controller’s or accounting office.

Authorized Financial Officer means a chief executive officer, chief financial officer, chief accounting officer, treasurer or other qualified senior officer acceptable to the Administrative Agent.

Authorized Financial Officer of a Person means the Chief Financial Officer, the Treasurer, the Assistant Treasurer, the Controller or such other senior officer of such Person holding an equivalent position.
