The DES Directions and DES Enhanced Contract Specification will be published by 31 March 2019.
Prior to issuing payments in accordance with the above paragraph, the Board will require contractors and providers who have entered into an arrangement in terms of the Extended Hours Access Scheme in the DES Directions 2018 to sign a declaration to confirm that they are meeting the requirements of the DES Directions 2018.
