Design Fees definition

Design Fees means the fees payable by the Client for the Design Services performed by Continental as specified in the Brief.

Design Fees means the fees specified in EXHIBIT A for website development services provided pursuant to Section 2. 1.3 DOMAIN NAME means the domain name specified for the Website by the Customer from time to time. Early Domain Name is specified in EXHIBIT A. 1.4 INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS means any and all inTELLECTual property rights currently known or herein are known significant and intangible (a) relating to the work of authorship across the universe, including but not limited to copyright, moral rights, and mask works, (b) trademarks and trade name rights , (c) trade secret rights, (d) patents, designs, algorithms and other industrial property rights, (e) all other intellectual and industrial property rights (each type and nature throughout the universe and however set) (including logos, rights rentals and the right to remuneration), whether arising through the operation of law, contract, license, or otherwise, and (f) all registrations, applications , connection, continuation, division or resu herein now or hereafter in force (including any rights in any of the foreines mentioned above). 1.5 DELIVERY SCHEDULE OF SIGNIFICANT EVENTS means the schedule for the development of Work Products specified in EXHIBIT A. 1.6 PROVIDER MEANS any tools, both in the object code and source code form, which providers have independently developed or suppliers developed or licensed from third parties, excluding any tools created by the Provider pursuant to this Agreement. For example, Supplier Tools may include, without limitation, toolbars for movement between pages, search engines, Java applets and ActiveX controls. All Supplier Tools used in the Website will be set out in EXHIBIT A. 1.7 SPECIFICATIONS means the Customer's requirements set out in ExhibitS A and B, as amended or added in accordance with this Agreement. 1.8 USER CONTENT means all text, pictures, sounds, graphics, videos and other data provided by users of the Website. 1.9 WEB SITE means the user interface, functions and Content provided on the page under Name 1.10 WORK PRODUCT means all HTML files, Java files, graphic files, animated files, data files, technology, scripts and programs, both in object code and source code forms, all documentation documentation any other shipment made available to the Customer by the Provider in accordance with the terms of this Agreement. 2.

Related to Design Fees

  • Tuition Fees means a sum specified in the Offer Letter, payable by the Student to cover tuition, access to College facilities, enrolment procedures and orientation meetings, use of Information Technology facilities, exam sitting and a Kaplan award on successful completion of the Programme; and

  • Support Fees means the fees, if any, payable by the State for Maintenance and Support Services as set forth in the Maintenance and Support Schedule.

  • Modification Fees With respect to any Serviced Loan, any and all fees collected from the related Mortgagor with respect to a modification, extension, waiver or amendment that modifies, extends, amends or waives any term of the Loan Documents (as evidenced by a signed writing) agreed to by the Master Servicer or the Special Servicer, other than (a) any Assumption Fees, Consent Fees or assumption application fees and (b) any fee in connection with a defeasance of such Serviced Loan.

  • License Fees means the license fees, including all taxes thereon, paid or required to be paid by Licensee for the license granted under this Agreement.

  • Maintenance Costs means parts and materials, sublet and labour costs of a qualified licensed mechanic for the maintenance of the Revenue Service Vehicles, but shall not include costs associated with interior and exterior transit advertising signs and non-mechanical servicing of Revenue Service Vehicles such as fuelling, clearing fareboxes, cleaning and painting wheel rims, vehicle washing and other work performed by a serviceman; and,

  • Development Fees means fees imposed to offset capital costs of providing public infrastructure, public safety or other public services to a development and authorized pursuant to A.R.S. Section 9-463.05, A.R.S. Section 11-1102 or A.R.S. Title 48 regardless of the jurisdiction to which the fees are paid.

  • Acquisition Fees means the fee payable to the Advisor pursuant to Section 8.01 plus all other fees and commissions, excluding Acquisition Expenses, paid by any Person to any Person in connection with making or investing in any Property or other Permitted Investment or the purchase, development or construction of any Property by the Company. Included in the computation of such fees or commissions shall be any real estate commission, selection fee, Development Fee, Construction Fee, nonrecurring management fee, loan fees or points or any fee of a similar nature, however designated. Excluded shall be Development Fees and Construction Fees paid to Persons not Affiliated with the Advisor in connection with the actual development and construction of a Property.

  • Developer Fee means the fee earned by the Developer.

  • Services Fees means the agreed upon fees in an Order for the Services Offerings.

  • Soft Costs means the costs of professional work and fees, interim costs, financing fees and expenses, syndication costs, soft costs and Developer’s fees as shown in the Applicant’s properly completed UniApp, Section C - Uses of Funds. Soft Costs do not include operating or replacement reserves.

  • L/C Fees has the meaning set forth in Section 3.4(c).

  • Operation and Maintenance Expenses or ‘O&M expenses' means the expenditure incurred on operation and maintenance of the project, or part thereof, and includes the expenditure on manpower, repairs, spares, consumables, insurance and overheads;

  • License Fee means the amount payable by the licensee to DMRC as per rates offered by the Selected Bidder for utilization of licensed space and accepted by DMRC to be paid by the Licensee along with other charges and any kind of Central or State Taxes, local levies, statutory dues, etc. that may be payable by the licensee as per prevalent law.

  • Basic Costs means all direct and indirect costs and expenses incurred in connection with the Building as more fully defined in Exhibit C attached hereto.

  • Training costs means reasonable costs incurred to upgrade the technological skills of Full-Time Employees in Illinois and includes: curriculum development; training materials (including scrap product cost); trainee domestic travel expenses; instructor costs (including wages, fringe benefits, tuition and domestic travel expenses); rent, purchase or lease of training equipment; and other usual and customary training cots. “Training costs” do not include, except where the Company receives prior written approval of the Department, costs associated with travel outside the United States, wages and fringe benefits of employees during periods of training, administrative costs related to Full-Time Employees of the Taxpayer, or amounts paid to an affiliate of the Company.

  • User fees or "tolls" means the rates, tolls, fees, or

  • Program Expenses means all UHC’s expenses of administering the Program under the Indenture and the Act and shall include without limiting the generality of the foregoing; salaries, supplies, utilities, labor, materials, office rent, maintenance, furnishings, equipment, machinery and apparatus, including information processing equipment; software, insurance premiums, credit enhancement fees, legal, accounting, management, consulting and banking services and expenses; Fiduciary Expenses; remarketing fees; Costs of Issuance not paid from proceeds of Bonds; and payments to pension, retirement, health and hospitalization funds; and any other expenses required or permitted to be paid by UHC.

  • Development Fee means a fee for the packaging of a Property, including negotiating and approving plans, and undertaking to assist in obtaining zoning and necessary variances and necessary financing for the Property, either initially or at a later date.

  • School Fees means the money payable by the Parent/s to the School in connection with a Student’s education, excluding any Enrolment Fee, Deposit or Additional Fees.
