Design Objectives and Principles definition

Design Objectives and Principles. Means, in the Delivery Phase, the design objectives and principles identified in or reasonably to be inferred from the Works Description.

Any agreement, approval, authorisation, certificate, consent, decision, demand, determination, direction, explanation, failure to consent, instruction, notice, notification, order, permission, rejection, request or requirement.

Related to Design Objectives and Principles

  • Guiding Principles means the principles provided in subchapter III which shall be considered for amplification and interpretation of the goals of the authority.

  • Agreed Principles means the terms set out in Part 1 of Schedule 1;

  • Equator Principles means that set of principles entitled "The Equator Principles – A financial industry benchmark for determining, assessing and managing environmental and social risk in projects", dated July 2020 and available as at the date of this Agreement at: h▇▇▇▇://▇▇▇▇▇▇▇-▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇.▇▇▇/▇▇-content/uploads/2021/02/The-Equator-Principles-July-2020.pdf.

  • Privacy Shield Principles means the Privacy Shield Principles (as supplemented by the Supplemental Principles) contained in Annex II to the European Commission Decision C(2016)4176 of 12 July 2016 (as may be amended, superseded or replaced).

  • Project Milestones means the Project milestones set out in Schedule 3;
