Design Works means the design services and tasks to be performed, and deliverables to be provided, by the Designer as detailed in this Agreement and (if applicable) further described in the appended Construction Industry Council Design Documentation Guidelines for Residential and Interiors.

Design Works means that element of the Works comprising the design of the whole or any part of the Works, as set out in the Works Order;

Design Works means the (singular and/or plural) design and photography services and tasks to be performed, and deliverables to be provided, by the Designer as detailed in the Estimate;

More Definitions of Design Works

Design Works means the design services and design documentation to be provided by the Designer as detailed in the Agreement;

Design Works means all Works involved in the design, look and shape of the Items, including without limitation, all development work of the Items performed at Tesla’s premises.

Design Works means the carrying out and production of designs and brief details of the potential options for the installation of a connection.
