Designated Destination definition

Designated Destination means the point of delivery specified by American.

  • Upon receipt of the equipment at the Designated Destination, Delta shall visually inspect the Purchased ABS Equipment to ensure receipt of all Components in a physically undamaged condition.

  • Delta shall be responsible for (and shall provide Aircell with proof of) insurance coverage on the Shipsets shipped, and shall pay freight costs (which shall be included on the invoice) associated with shipping the shipsets to the Designated Destination.

  • The term "Force Majeure," as used in these Terms, means a cause reasonably beyond a Party's control that, wholly or in substantial part, prevents (i) the mining, processing, or loading of coal at the Coal Property or the transportation of coal from the Coal Property or (ii) the transportation of coal to the Designated Destination or Other Destination or the unloading, storing, or use of coal by Purchaser at the Designated Destination or Other Destination.

  • Where coal is to be delivered by barge to Purchaser, all shipments of coal under the Agreement shall be supplied either f.o.b. barge at the shipping point or f.o.b. barge at the Designated Destination or Other Destination.
