Designated Gift definition

Designated Gift means any Gift whose purpose or Recipient has been designated by the Donor with the concurrence of the University. The Gift Recipient must agree to the purpose and terms, if any, prior to Gift Acceptance.
Designated Gift means a gift which is subject to a trust for a specific purpose that comes within the purposes of the Trust Fund;

Related to Designated Gift

  • Designated Group means - i) Black designated groups; ii) Black People; iii) Women; iv) people with disabilities or v) Small enterprise, as defined in Section 1 of National Small Enterprise Act, (102 of 1996)

  • Designated Assets means any property or assets (including Capital Stock of any Subsidiary) of Holdings, the Restricted Parent, the Issuer and their respective Restricted Subsidiaries constituting a business, a line or unit of a business or used in operating a business substantially as an entirety.

  • Designated Affiliate means the affiliates of the Corporation designated by the Committee for purposes of the Plan from time to time;

  • Designated means designated as a public service agency under the FLSA;

  • Designated Location means the agreed physical location identified in the applicable Notification Form at which where the server-based portion of the Application Software resides.
