Designated responsible producer definition

Designated responsible producer means an employee of a limited lines travel insurance producer who is a licensed individual insurance producer and who is designated by the limited lines travel insurance producer as the individual responsible for compliance with the travel insurance laws and regulations applicable to the limited lines travel insurance producer and the limited lines travel insurance producer’s registrants.
