Designated Roads definition

Designated Roads means roads located within project boundaries, that are actively utilized to implement project activities. Designated roads can include state roads, county roads, privately owned roads, federally managed roads, and other roads authorized by the federal government for motor vehicle use.
Designated Roads means the roads, and driveways that the Construction Contractor Personnel are entitled to use under a Construction Contract.
Designated Roads means any two or more thereof; provided, however, that Designated Roads do not include any state or federal road or highway even if depicted in Appendix A.

Examples of Designated Roads in a sentence

  • Any Disputes under this MOU, including disputes as to whether Project work has caused significant damages to the Designated Roads (materially in excess of wear and tear expected as a result of the heavy hauling), shall be raised not later than 90 days after KRRC Contractor has completed Project work involving heavy loading related to dam removal.

  • In the event that the Parties are unable to agree upon (a) whether Project work has caused significant damage to the Designated Roads (materially in excess of wear and tear expected as a result of heavy hauling), or (b) the terms and conditions of a Supplemental Mitigation Plan, then in such event, either Party may, by written notice to the other Party, declare such matter to be a dispute (Dispute) to be resolved in accordance with this Section 6 of this Exhibit A.

  • This survey and documentation will serve as the base roadway condition of the Designated Roads.

  • For purposes of this section, a construction vehicle (which shall not include pickup trucks or service vehicles) will be considered overweight or oversized if it would (i) require an overweight or oversize vehicle permit from the Missouri Department of Transportation (in accordance with 7 CSR 10-25.020) to travel on State roads or (ii) if such vehicle is hauling commercial quantities of rock, aggregate, or concrete on Designated Roads.

  • If, based on such video survey, the Parties agree that Project work has not caused significant damage (materially in excess of wear and tear expected as a result of the heavy hauling) to the Designated Roads, then neither KRRC nor KRRC’s Contractor shall have any further obligation or responsibility arising under this MOU for any repair to or maintenance of the Designated Roads.

  • The Parties acknowledge that the Developer(s) may desire to route certain wires, cables, conduits and/or pipelines (and their associated equipment) related to the Project above or below ground at a location adjacent to, under or across certain Designated Roads, as identified in Appendix C.

  • As used herein, “Applicable Warranty Period” means, with respect to any repair, modification, or improvement by the Developer(s) hereunder, the time period that begins on the date repairs, modifications or improvements to Designated Roads are complete and ending on the date that is twelve (12) months after such completion date.

  • NEMO may adjust crest or sag curves of the Designated Roads, which increases visibility and elevation variability for component deliveries and increases visibility for motorists driving on the road by reducing the aggressiveness of the curves.

  • Prior to Construction Start and before delivery of heavy loads of materials and equipment to the Project Area, NEMO shall cause the Project Engineer to inspect and structurally assess the Designated Roads (“Inspection”) and provide a written report of such Inspection (“Inspection Report”).

  • As used herein, “Applicable Warranty Period” means, with respect to any repair, modification, or improvement by the Developer hereunder, the time period that begins on the date repairs, modifications or improvements to Designated Roads are complete and ending on the date that is twelve (12) months after such completion date.

  • Designated reception site means the designated place for the reception, staging, integration, and onward movement of contractors deploying during a contingency. The designated reception site includes assigned joint reception centers and other Service or private reception sites.
