Designated Stock definition

Designated Stock means the shares of Common Stock listed next to each Charity in Schedule II hereto. For the purposes of the Registration Rights Instrument, the Designated Stock shall be deemed to be the Participating Stock, subject to such stock ceasing to be Participating Stock pursuant to the last sentence of Section 1(a) of the Registration Rights Instrument.
Designated Stock means the Class A Common Stock, the Class C Common Stock and any other stock of the Corporation that is designated as “Designated Stock” from time to time pursuant to this Certificate of Incorporation or any Certificate of Designation.
Designated Stock means the Common Stock, the Series II Preferred Stock and any other stock of the Corporation that is designated as “Designated Stock” from time to time pursuant to this Certificate of Incorporation (including any certificate of designation relating to any series of Preferred Stock). The Series I Preferred Stock is not Designated Stock as of the effectiveness of this Certificate of Incorporation.

  • The details of lock-in of the Equity Shares shall also be provided to the Designated Stock Exchange before the listing of the Equity Shares.
