Designation applicant definition

Designation applicant means a Malaysian foreign commercial bank licensed to undertake commercial banking business under the law on financial institution business that intends to obtain approval for an existing commercial bank licensed to undertake commercial banking business under the law on financial institution business to be designated as a Malaysian QAB.

  • Co-Applicant means an employer or potential employer.

  • Designation Letter means, with respect to any Designated Subsidiary, a letter in the form of Exhibit E hereto signed by such Designated Subsidiary and the Company.

  • Creation Application means an application by a Participating Dealer for the creation and issue of Units in an Application Unit size (or whole multiples thereof) in accordance with the Operating Guidelines and the Trust Deed.

  • Job applicant means a person, independent contractor, or person working for an independent contractor who applies to become an employee of the school district in a position that does not require a commercial driver’s license, and includes a person who has received a job offer made contingent on the person’s passing drug or alcohol testing. Job applicants for positions requiring a commercial driver’s license are governed by the provisions of the school district’s drug and alcohol testing policy relating to school bus drivers (Section III.).

  • Account Designation Letter means a letter from the Borrower to the Administrative Agent, duly completed and signed by an Authorized Officer and in form and substance satisfactory to the Administrative Agent, listing any one or more accounts to which the Borrower may from time to time request the Administrative Agent to forward the proceeds of any Loans made hereunder.
