Creation Application definition

Creation Application means an application by a Participating Dealer for the creation and issue of Units in an Application Unit size (or whole multiples thereof) in accordance with the Operating Guidelines and the Trust Deed.
Creation Application means, in respect of a Listed Class, an application by a Participating Dealer for the creation and issue of Listed Class Units in an Application Unit size (or whole multiples thereof) in accordance with the Operating Guidelines and the Trust Deed.
Creation Application means an application by a Participating Dealer for the creation and issue of Shares in an Application Share size in accordance with the Operating Guidelines and the Instrument.

More Definitions of Creation Application

Creation Application means an application by a Participating Dealer for the creation of Units of a Sub-Fund in Application Unit size (or whole multiples thereof) in accordance with the relevant procedures set out in the Trust Deed, and the relevant Participation Agreement.
