Designation Period means, with respect to any Performance Period, a period commencing on or before the first day of the Performance Period and ending not later than the earlier of (i) ninety (90) days after the commencement of the Performance Period and (ii) the date on which twenty-five percent (25%) of the Performance Period has been completed.
