Designation Period definition

Designation Period has the meaning specified in Section 28.1.
Designation Period means the period commencing on and after the Agreement Date up to the close of business on the Exercise Termination Date.
Designation Period means, with respect to any Performance Period, a period commencing on or before the first day of the Performance Period and ending not later than the earlier of (i) ninety (90) days after the commencement of the Performance Period and (ii) the date on which twenty-five percent (25%) of the Performance Period has been completed. Any action required to be taken within a Designation Period may be taken at a later date if permissible under Section 162(m) of the Code.

More Definitions of Designation Period

Designation Period means, with respect to a Nominee, the period commencing on date of the Investor’s exercise of its right under Section 1(a) with respect to such Nominee and expiring on a Nominee Termination Event.
