Development Data definition

Development Data means any and all research data, pharmacology data, chemistry, manufacturing and control data, preclinical data, clinical data and all other documentation (including raw data) compiled, developed or generated with respect to the Compound or Product.
Development Data means all non-clinical, clinical, technical, chemical, safety, and scientific data and information and other results, including relevant laboratory notebook information, screening data, and synthesis schemes, including descriptions in any form, data and other information, in each case, that is generated by or resulting from or in connection with the conduct of Development of Products, to the extent that the same are Controlled by or in Adapt’s or its Affiliates’ or Adapt’s Commercial Sublicensees’ possession, and may be disclosed to Lightlake without violating any obligation under Applicable Law.
Development Data means, with respect to clinical trials and other development work conducted on a Product, all data, results, information and other Know-How generated from or related to such clinical trials and development work, including preclinical, non-clinical and clinical data, reports and information, protocols, statistical analysis plans, methods, and Batch Records for all Products used in such work.

Examples of Development Data in a sentence

  • Each Party shall not assign, transfer, convey, or otherwise encumber its right, title, or interest in, or grant any right to any Third Party under (i) the V2V Technology or Development Data, in the case of V2V, in a manner that is inconsistent with the licenses granted to Anteris under Section 2.1; or (ii) in the case of Anteris, in a manner that is inconsistent with the license granted to V2V under Section 6.2(b).

  • Anteris hereby assigns to V2V all right, title and interest in and to all Development Technology and Development Data, including any Intellectual Property Rights therein.

  • V2V shall grant, and hereby does grant, Anteris a perpetual, worldwide, royalty free, fully paid up, sublicensable, transferable, exclusive license to the Developed Technology and Development Data in the Anteris Field of Use.

  • Each Party shall promptly disclose to the other Party all Developed Technology and Development Data arising from the activities of such Party.

  • Anteris, directly or through its Affiliates or Subcontractors, shall use Commercially Reasonable Efforts to Develop the Products and, when appropriate as determined in its reasonable judgment based on Development Data, work with V2V to obtain Regulatory Approval for the Products in accordance with the Development Plan.


More Definitions of Development Data

Development Data has the meaning set forth in Section 3.10(a).
Development Data means (i) all Data from clinical trials of the Product; and (ii) all research Data, preclinical Data, manufacturing Data and other information, together with all reports, analyses and summaries on or of such Data, in each case that are generated by or under authority of a Party either under the Development Program (as defined in the Original Agreement) or by Array with respect to Varlitinib or a Product prior to the effective date of the Original Agreement. For such purposes, “Development Data” shall include (1) raw Data, study protocols, study results, analytical methodologies, manufacturing processes, materials lists, batch records, vendor information, validation documentation, and the like, and (2) expert opinions, analyses, reports and the like, relating to the Data, including in each case electronic information and databases embodying such Data.
Development Data means all chemistry, manufacturing and control, preclinical and clinical data including, without limitation, pharmacological, pharmacokinetic, pharmaceutical development and toxicological data, on the Product (including placebo), including any of the foregoing arising from post registration studies, that is generated at any time during the Term of this Agreement by or for either Party and their Affiliates or any of Rhythm’s licensees or sub-licensees.
Development Data means data resulting from Development activity being Pre-clinical Research or clinical studies.
Development Data means: (i) CMC Development data (including records of Manufactured batches); (ii) any non-clinical or clinical findings, results and other research data relating to the COVID Products, in any format; and (iii) the formal reports of preclinical toxicology studies and Clinical Studies, such data in each case of (i), (ii) and (iii) required for the Development, Manufacture or Commercialization of the COVID Products, including but not limited to, INDs and other regulatory filings and registration dossiers.
Development Data means all data generated by or for either Party in connection with the Development of a Product or otherwise compiled or submitted in any Regulatory Filing or otherwise relating to a Selected LNA Compound or Product that is Controlled at any time during the Term by either Party or any of its Affiliates, including all non-clinical, chemistry, manufacturing and control, formulation, process and clinical development and Phase IV Trial data.
Development Data means any data, information or know-how resulting from or relating to the research and development of the Sublicensed Subject Matter or Sublicensed Products. For the purposes of Section 5.1 of this Agreement, Development Data of WPD includes any data, information or know-how resulting from or relating to the research and development of the Sublicensed Subject Matter or Sublicensed Products in the possession or control of MBI or any of its employees, agents, representatives, or affiliates.
