Development Dealer Overconcentration definition

Development Dealer Overconcentration means, for a Determination Date, the excess, if any, of (a) the aggregate principal amount of Receivables that are Development Dealer Receivables on the last day of the related Collection Period, over (b) 4% of the Pool Balance on the last day of that Collection Period (or, a higher percentage if the Rating Agency Condition has been satisfied).
Development Dealer Overconcentration means, for any Determination Date, the excess, if any, of (a) the aggregate amount of the Issuer's Principal Receivables that are Development Dealer Receivables arising from a single Dealer or group of affiliated Dealers as of the last day of the related Collection Period, over (b) __% of the Pool Balance as of the last day of such Collection Period (or, a higher percentage so long as the Rating Agency Condition has been satisfied).

Related to Development Dealer Overconcentration

  • Overconcentration Amount means as of any date of calculation of the Effective Leverage Ratio for the Fund, an amount equal to the sum of (without duplication):

  • Concentration Percentage means (i) for any Group AA Obligor, 30.00%, (ii) for any Group A Obligor, 17.50%, (iii) for any Group B Obligor, 15.00%, (iv) for any Group C Obligor, 12.50% and (v) for any Group D Obligor, 7.50%.

  • Excess Concentration Amount means, on any date of determination, the sum of, without duplication,

  • Contract Sales Price means the total consideration received by the Company for the sale of an Investment.

  • Operating Margin Customer means a Control Area purchasing Operating Margin pursuant to an agreement between such other Control Area and the LLC.
