Development Security definition

Development Security means (i) cash or (ii) a Letter of Credit in the amount set forth on the Cover Sheet.
Development Security has the meaning set forth in Section 3.06.
Development Security means the collateral required under Section 7.01.

Examples of Development Security in a sentence

  • Seller shall forfeit and Buyer shall be entitled to retain the balance of the Development Security.
