Patent Security Agreement definition

Patent Security Agreement means each Patent Security Agreement executed and delivered by Grantors, or any of them, and Agent, in substantially the form of Exhibit B.

Patent Security Agreement means a patent security agreement executed and delivered by Debtor to Secured Party, substantially in the form of Exhibit B, as such agreement may be amended, supplemented or otherwise modified from time to time.

Patent Security Agreement has the meaning specified therefor in the Security Agreement.
