DexCom Common Stock definition

DexCom Common Stock means shares of common stock of DexCom.
DexCom Common Stock means shares of common stock of DexCom that is registered under the Securities Act of 1933, as amended, freely tradable and free from any contractual restriction on the sale or transfer of such common stock or any holding period, subject to applicable securities laws.
