Digital Notice definition

Digital Notice means information provided by NetDocuments on the NetDocuments support webpage. Customers and Administrative Contacts may register on the support webpage to receive updates by email. This is not meant to be used for legal notices under this Agreement.
Digital Notice means any notices, demands, or other communications required or desired to be given hereunder by any Party may be delivered by electronic mail or other digital means.
Digital Notice means providing notice to the Customer or its representative by electronic mail or other digital means and shall be deemed effective when provided.

Examples of Digital Notice in a sentence

  • NetDocuments will provide Customer with at least 6 months’ Digital Notice of material changes to or retirement of Services or features.

  • Requests may be submitted at ▇▇▇▇▇://▇▇▇▇▇▇▇.▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇.▇▇▇ (or by such other digital means as directed by NetDocuments from time to time by Digital Notice).

  • NetDocuments may change or appoint new Common Subcontractors from time to time during the Term, and NetDocuments will give Customer Digital Notice of material changes or additions to Common Subcontractors.

  • NetDocuments shall use commercially reasonable efforts to provide Digital Notice of the status of the Service and correct issues and interruptions to the Services.

  • Digital Notice will be provided, and the date and time of the Maintenance Window will be posted on the NetDocuments support webpage.

  • Target response times and target status updates are provided by Digital Notice.

  • In the unlikely event that the Settlement Administrator determines that less than 72% of the Settlement Class is contacted through dissemination of the Direct Email Notice, the Supplemental Postcard Notice, the Website Notice, and the Press Release, then, within twenty-one (21) days after the Supplemental Postcard Notice in § 4.3 above has been completed, the Settlement Administrator will provide Supplemental Digital Notice to Settlement Class Members.

  • Notwithstanding the foregoing, Administrative Contacts will receive Digital Notice by email and NetDocuments may also post notice on the NetDocuments support website.

  • At the sole discretion of NetDocuments, following Digital Notice to Customer, the Services may be modified from time to time provided that such modifications are reasonably likely to be generally perceived by subscribers to the Services as improving and building upon the Services.

  • NetDocuments shall use reasonable efforts to keep Customer apprised of anticipated changes to minimum and recommended levels and compatibilities and shall provide no less than 180 days Digital Notice of any changes in such levels and compatibilities.


More Definitions of Digital Notice

Digital Notice means a notice sent in accordance with this Scheme either to the participant’s nominated e-mail address or to the participant’s nominated Australian mobile telephone number by way of SMS;
Digital Notice means providing notice to the Administrative Contact by electronic mail, the NetDocuments support site, or other digital means to the recipient’s NetDocuments account, including by means of posting information or a link to information on the recipient’s NetDocuments login or home page.

  • Email Notice means the legal notice summarizing the proposed Settlement terms, as approved by Class Counsel, Facebook’s Counsel, and the Court, to be provided to Class Members (including Minor Subclass Members), under Section 3.3 of this Agreement via electronic mail or the Facebook domain of ▇▇▇.▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇.▇▇▇. The Email Notice must be substantially similar to the form attached hereto as Exhibit 3.

  • CAFA Notice refers to the notice requirements imposed by 28 U.S.C. § 1715(b).

  • FOIA Notice means a decision notice, enforcement notice and/or an information notice;

  • Retraction Notice has the meaning set forth in Section 11.01(c).

  • PAGA Notice means Plaintiff’s letter to Defendant and the LWDA providing notice pursuant to Labor Code section 2699.3, subd.(a).
