Diligence Trigger Event definition

Diligence Trigger Event means (a) the occurrence of an Event of Default or (b) the failure of the Borrowers to maintain Availability at least equal to twenty-five percent (25.0%) of the Aggregate Loan Cap, and such failure shall continue for a period of five (5) or more consecutive Business Days.
Diligence Trigger Event means (a) the occurrence of an Event of Default or (b) the failure of the Borrowers to maintain Availability at least equal to twenty-five percent (25.0%) of the Loan Cap, and such failure shall continue for a period of five (5) or more consecutive Business Days.

Related to Diligence Trigger Event

  • Trigger Event shall have the meaning specified in Section 14.04(c).

  • Servicer Termination Event shall have the meaning assigned to such term in the Lead Securitization Servicing Agreement or at any time that the Mortgage Loan is no longer subject to the provisions of the Lead Securitization Servicing Agreement, any analogous concept under the servicing agreement pursuant to which the Mortgage Loan is being serviced in accordance with the terms of this Agreement.

  • Delinquency Trigger means, for any Payment Date and the related Collection Period, 24.00%.
